Next is Elesa...I better evolve Bob so he can be part Ground-Type.
Making Bob a Palpitoad will help with Elesa but just remember that two of her Pokemon are Emolga that naturally resist Ground attacks due to it's typing. So I recommend trying to evolve Lebron into a Boldore too.
