A little explanation...

Arashi and Rose snook into Cazador's lab at Rex's mansion to see if they found some info on dragons. But Rose, being the curious dragon she is, got stuck inside one of Cazador's machines, and now she turns into this form at random... usually each 3-5 days... then it takes 3 days to become a dragon again.

Rex Tyrant - Energy Drained

Rex in his "Energy Drained" state. He enters this form when extremely low on energy, making him look like how he was as a 4 year old. He's still extremely strong though, but his voice turns into that of Timmy Turner from "Fairy Odd Parents".
